What Is Unhealthy Nutrition?

Unhealthy nutrition consists of foods that are high in calories, sugar, salt or additives and lacking essential vitamins and minerals. When these foods are regularly eaten there is a high probability of many diseases.

1.) Hot Dogs

These are high in fats and calories, especially those in supermarkets, each doughnut contains 19 grams of fat.
